I’m almost there, I have painted the Callidus assassin, here are some pics from the painting session.

The first phase was to highlight with Kantor Blue most of the parts of the body. It’s a bit rough but it’s ok, we’ll smooth that during the next step.

A wash of Abaddon Black, heavily diluted with water (almost like turning it into a shade) has been applied on the whole body. When dry this darkens the blue and creates a subtle gradient of black to blue. I really like that effect for her suit.

The belts are painted with Khorne Red, shaded with Nuln Oil. The hairs were painted with Averland Sunset, then shaded with a wash of Rinox Hide heavily diluted with water. The gun and sword are based with Castelan Green.

Back view, when the model is finished. The sword and the gun have been highlighted with Moot Green and then washed with a glaze of Waywatcher Green.
